Downloading and Saving Adobe Acrobat Reader
(PDF files) to Your Computer.
Upon activating (clicking on) the download link, your
Internet browser may open the document or begin to download
the file. If the file opens in your Internet browser,
be sure to save the report to your computer hard drive
before exiting the document. If the file begins downloading,
please note the download location on your computer as
you will need to know this to locate the document after
it has downloaded. If for some reason you are unable
to download the document due to computer system or other
difficulties, you will receive an email after your purchase
containing your special URL to download the report,
operational for 24 hours.
Viewing, Accessing, and Printing a PDF Document.
You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0
or later to correctly view or print the report. Older
versions may have problems displaying PDF documents
within a Web browser. To determine the version of Adobe
Acrobat, open Adobe from your desktop or start menu,
click on help, and then About Acrobat Reader. If you
have a version of Acrobat Reader less then 4.0, we recommend
you update your reader to the latest version. If you don't
have it please retrieve the Reader application free
of charge from Adobe
Systems. To install or use Adobe
Acrobat Reader, or to troubleshoot problems, please

To view Adobe Acrobat PDF files, you usually
can open the PDF file within your Internet browser window
(however, your browser must be configured to do this),
or open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader alone.
We recommend that you open the PDF file within your
Internet browser to have full use of the Web hyperlinks
within the PDF document.
Sales, Shipping, Cancellation, and Return

satisfied with your purchases. However, if for any reason
you would like to return an order, let us know. If the
order is unopened and there is sufficient reason for
the return, you may return the product to us (in resaleable
condition) for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that there are no returns or refunds provided
on electronic downloads or other digital information
products (i.e., Web site subscription content) as they cannot successfully be returned and/or the user had
full access. Electronic products available for purchase
are immediately downloadable to the user's computer.
Due to the electronic nature of these products, these
products cannot be returned and are therefore non-refundable.

For downloadable or other digital information products,
users may cancel an order only if they have not been
sent or had access to the purchased product. This includes
electronic products that give the user ability to access
the information immediately, and where users are sent
a confirmation e-mail with the download and access information.
The user is responsible for providing an accurate and
working e-mail for us to provide
this information. If for some reason this information
is not received by the user, it is the user's responsibility
to contact us immediately and provide
a workable e-mail address.
